We’d rather tell you what’s not covered now than after you’ve signed up. Here’s the most common stuff. Anything else, just ask.
What's NOT included in the subscription?
Content updates, new page builds, design changes, copy edits, WooCommerce product management, and email hosting are not in the hosting subscription. These can be covered by Care Plans, monthly subscriptions or hourly rates. Custom development (new functionality, plugin builds, API integrations) is also quoted separately. We’ll always quote upfront. Email hosting: we integrate with Google Workspace / Microsoft / Zoho, but don’t host email ourselves.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Do I need to be in the Netherlands?
Yes, at the moment we only accept clients from the Netherlands. In the future, we’ll host clients across Europe. Servers are in EU data centres (great for GDPR), and the CDN add-on covers global audiences.
What if my site outgrows my plan?
We monitor resource use and let you know before things tip over. Upgrading mid-cycle is prorated and seamless. No downtime, no migration.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. We’ll provide a clean export of your site if you leave, no hostage-taking.
What about email hosting?
Your site can send up to 1000 transactional emails per month (forms, password resets, etc). For inbox email, we can help you integrate Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho. They’re better at email than any web host.
